Hustleathon is a hackathon for hustlers.  Similar to a hackathon, you'll spend Friday night - Sunday morning solving fun, adrenaline-packed "hustle challenges" with a small team.

What are these "hustle challenges"?

We'll announce a list of challenges for teams to undertake during the weekend.  They'll exercise your sales and persuasion skills.  You'll feel uncomfortable but nothing will be mandatory or inappropriate.  

 

Here are a few examples of challenges we really like that we consider to be "hustle challenges".

• Rejection Therapy

• Jia Jiang's 100 days of rejection

With a small team, you'll go out of your comfort zone to ask for ridiculous things and even sell things.  Success at the end of the weekend will be increased gumption and reduced fear to make you better at business.

Who can participate? 

​

To encourage everyone worldwide to become braver, this contest will be open to all adults.  You need not be a business person to partake.  

 

Is there a physical location where you'll be gathering?  

We'll have an opening party and closing party in-person in the Bay Area that will be livestreamed for those who cannot make it.  There'll be some food and drinks.  But the contest itself will be conducted entirely online.

Will there be prizes?  

​

Bravery and increased confidence are prizes in themselves.  We may roast / poke fun at some of the teams at the closing party, though.
